SOCSO (Social Security Organization)

A Lot of Worker will know after Socso come to social to work. it just like the insurance for protect our employee. It Compulsory for every worker in malaysia. it no same with our private insurance or EPF. cant even get back money in the last stage, how many contribute of this and it will totally wont give back to you. Total Contribute Socso is RM52.90. Person A need to Contribute RM11.75.

Employees who earn more than RM3,000 and above have the option not contribute the SOCSO with the condition that they had not previously registered or paid contributions to SOCSO. That Mean, if you don't want to contribute SOCSO, your first job salary must be RM3,000 above than that then only can have a option to choose contribute or not.
